I have been an Esthetician since 1988. I have worked in all aspects of the field from working in Spas to Dermatology offices. Over the years I loved teaching Esthetics in both private and community college. Previously I had the privilege to be a sales rep with a Skin Care Company that is a well known Research and Development Lab. The opening of The Glass and Pillar Spa was a life long dream. I wake up every morning excited to come to work. Esthetics is my passion and I am fortunate to have a great team of estheticians and RMT’s in front of me with the same desire to provide friendly professional service.

Christine has been a valued member of the Glass and Pillar Spa team for over 18 years. Her dedication to the spa and her clients has made her a cornerstone of our community.
With nearly two decades of experience in the industry, Christine brings a wealth of knowledge and a calm, confident approach to every service. Her true passion lies in helping clients achieve their skincare goals through personalized care and expert guidance. Whether addressing specific concerns or simply enhancing natural radiance, Christine is committed to delivering exceptional results.
Outside of the spa, Christine enjoys relaxing at home with her cats and unwinding to her favorite music. Her warm personality and depth of experience continue to make her a trusted and familiar face at Glass and Pillar Spa.
Cindy brings over 25 years of experience to the spa industry, making her a true expert in the art of nails. Known for her creativity and attention to detail, she transforms every appointment into a personalized and artistic experience.
From bold colours to intricate designs, Cindy is passionate about helping her clients express themselves through unique and vibrant nail art. Her talent, combined with her warm and welcoming personality, has made her a favourite among both new and returning clients.
When she’s not creating dazzling nail designs, Cindy enjoys relaxing at home with her three beloved dogs, Dezel, Dozer, and Tonka. Whether she’s pampering her clients or her pups, Cindy puts her heart into everything she does
Kyra has been a dedicated member of the Glass and Pillar Spa team for over five years. In addition to offering a wide range of esthetic services, she is the creative force behind the spa’s social media presence, capturing the essence of the team, the space, and the services with a fresh and engaging perspective.
Kyra thrives on creativity, whether it’s crafting bold nail designs, perfecting brows, or finding new ways to share the spa’s story online. Her passion for the industry extends into the classroom, where she teaches in the Esthetician program at Lambton College, helping to shape the next generation of professionals.
Outside of work, Kyra enjoys listening to music, relaxing by a cozy bonfire, and spending time with her beloved pets—Clover, her energetic dog, and her two cats, Pepper and Cherry. Whether she’s behind the camera or out on a trail with Clover, Kyra brings heart and creativity to everything she does.
Jayme has been a passionate esthetician since 2017 and is known for her incredible attention to detail, calming presence, and genuine care for every client she works with. Her favourite services to perform are facials and pedicures—two areas where her precision and nurturing touch truly shine. Jayme has a natural ability to make clients feel relaxed and cared for, all while delivering beautiful, professional results.
Her deep love for skincare and commitment to ongoing learning make her an asset to the spa and a trusted go-to for anyone seeking radiant, healthy skin.
Outside of the treatment room, Jayme enjoys spending time outdoors, especially camping and exploring nature. She’s always up for an adventure—whether it’s a shopping trip, trying out a new restaurant, or heading out into the woods. At home, she’s a devoted mom to her daughter and a proud cat mom to Luna and Casper. Jayme brings warmth, care, and a genuine passion for wellness to every aspect of her life.
Alicia has been a skilled esthetician for over 10 years and has been part of the Glass and Pillar Spa team for more than four. She’s passionate about helping clients look and feel their best, bringing a gentle touch and calm presence to every service she provides.
Her favourite treatments include facials—especially dermaplaning—and pedicures. Alicia loves the visible transformations these services bring and the boost of confidence they give her clients. She is known for her attention to detail and her ability to create a soothing, relaxing atmosphere where clients feel truly cared for.
Outside of the spa, Alicia enjoys photography, camping, and planning fun activities with her children. Whether she’s in the treatment room or enjoying time with her family, Alicia brings warmth, creativity, and compassion to everything she does.
Ellie is one of the newest additions to the Glass and Pillar Spa team, and we’re thrilled to have her on board. She is a graduate of both Esthetics and Medical Esthetics and brings a fresh, enthusiastic energy to every treatment she provides.
Ellie is passionate about skincare and specializes in advanced treatments like laser/IPL and microneedling. Her goal is to help every client feel confident and cared for, tailoring each service to their unique skin needs.
Originally from British Columbia, Ellie has a deep love for the outdoors and enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring nature whenever she can. When she’s not in the spa or on the trail, you’ll find her writing, catching up on reality TV, or spending time with her beloved bunny, William (affectionately known as Lala). Ellie believes in the power of self-care and is dedicated to helping clients feel their best inside and out.
Jamie has been a valued member of the Glass and Pillar Spa team for over a year. She completed her studies in Medical Esthetics in 2024 and brings both technical skill and a warm, friendly presence to every treatment.
Her favourite services to perform are dermaplaning and laser hair removal, where she combines precision and care to help clients achieve smooth, glowing results. Jamie is passionate about delivering high-quality treatments while continuing to expand her knowledge in the ever-evolving esthetics industry. She also loves a good chat and always makes clients feel comfortable, welcome, and at ease during their visit.
Outside of the spa, Jamie enjoys drawing, crocheting, and relaxing with her favourite video games—especially Stardew Valley. She’s also a proud cat mom to three fur babies: a wise 17-year-old black cat and two playful orange kittens. Jamie brings creativity, compassion, and great conversation to everything she does.
Ashlie has been a valued part of the Glass and Pillar Spa team for over four years. Known for her calming energy and attention to detail, she creates a relaxing and personalized experience for every client.
Her favourite services to provide are pedicures and facials, where she focuses on delivering stress relief and visible results. Ashlie has a keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to achieving the perfect polish and a polished, refreshed look.
When she’s not at the spa, Ashlie enjoys spending time in the kitchen, cooking up delicious meals. She’s also a lover of warm weather and sunshine, often soaking up the sun whenever she gets the chance. Most of all, Ashlie cherishes time with her loved ones—whether it’s a quiet evening at home or a day outdoors, being with family and friends is what matters most to her.
Emily joined the Glass and Pillar Spa team in September of 2024 and recently completed her Medical Aesthetics training in April 2025. She brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
Her favourite services include facials, body treatments, and waxing, and she’s been loving her newly developed skills in dermaplaning and laser treatments. Emily’s favourite part of being an esthetician is connecting with clients—offering a listening ear and creating a space where they feel both relaxed and beautiful.
Outside of the spa, Emily enjoys expressing her creativity through fashion, makeup, and art—especially drawing and painting. She’s also a fan of scary movies, spending time with her niece and dog, and switching up her hair color whenever inspiration strikes. Emily is excited to continue growing in the industry and welcoming clients into her treatment room with warmth and care.
Registered Massage Therapists (RMT)
Trevor has been a valued member of the Glass and Pillar Spa team since November 2022. Registered since August 2022, he brings a thoughtful and professional approach to every treatment, focusing on client comfort and well-being.
He incorporates movement and gentle stretching techniques into his massages to support relaxation, mobility, and overall body awareness. Trevor’s goal is always to help clients feel better—both physically and mentally—by the end of each session.
Outside of the spa, Trevor enjoys cooking healthy, homemade meals, creating music, and spending time with his dog, Chief. He’s known for his upbeat, friendly personality—and here’s a fun fact: he’s also an incredible juggler! Trevor’s mix of skill, creativity, and positivity makes him a wonderful part of the Glass and Pillar team.

While her name is Wilhelmina, most know her as Gina. She’s been part of the Glass and Pillar Spa team since 2022, bringing a calming presence and a personalized, therapeutic touch to every treatment.
In addition to her massage therapy training, Gina is also certified in hot stone therapy and cupping, offering clients a variety of techniques to support relaxation, tension relief, and overall wellness.
Outside of the spa, Gina has a lifelong passion for dance across multiple genres and currently teaches Raqs Sharqi (Middle Eastern dance) classes. On her days off, you’ll often find her at the beach with her husband, son, and their pup—soaking up nature and family time. Gina’s creativity, warmth, and holistic approach make her a cherished member of the G&P team.
Lindsay has been a part of the Glass and Pillar Spa team since October 2023 and brings over 15 years of experience to her role. Licensed since 2006, she has worked in both clinical and spa environments, offering a well-rounded and deeply therapeutic approach to massage.
She specializes in stress relief and headache reduction, tailoring each session to meet her clients’ individual needs and helping them feel more relaxed, restored, and balanced.
Outside of the treatment room, Lindsay enjoys exploring the outdoors, planning new travel adventures, and going for runs with her dog. Her combination of expertise, care, and calm energy makes her a trusted and valued member of the Glass and Pillar team.
Keely has been part of the Glass and Pillar Spa team since September 2024 and brings a warm, client-focused approach to every massage. She graduated from Lambton College’s Massage Therapy program in 2021 and is passionate about helping others feel their best—both physically and mentally.
Keely specializes in head, neck, and shoulder treatments designed to relieve stress and restore balance. Her favourite part of being an RMT is watching her clients progress and knowing she’s played a role in their journey to wellness.
When she’s not at the spa, you’ll find Keely cozied up with a good book and her two beloved dogs. Her calm, caring nature and dedication to her craft make her a trusted and valued member of the Glass and Pillar team
Front Desk
Candace has been a dedicated member of the Glass and Pillar Spa team since 2015, bringing warmth, professionalism, and beauty expertise to both the front desk and treatment room. As a certified Lash Technician, she combines her eye for detail with a passion for helping clients feel confident and beautiful.
Whether she’s greeting guests or creating flawless lash sets, Candace is known for her friendly energy and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Outside of the spa, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, relaxing at the beach, and embracing her love for horseback riding. Candace’s vibrant personality and dedication make her a valued and versatile part of the Glass and Pillar team.

Lori has been an essential part of the Glass and Pillar Spa team since 2016. With nearly a decade of experience at the front desk, she knows the ins and outs of the spa world and keeps everything running smoothly with grace, organization, and a great sense of humor.
Her favourite part of the job? The wonderful, quirky, and unforgettable clients she connects with each day. Lori is often the first friendly face you’ll see when you arrive—and she’s always ready to help you feel right at home.
Outside of the spa, Lori embraces life on her family farm, where she raises four incredible kids and balances a busy home life with ease. She’s an avid cyclist, enjoys photography, and brings that same energy and creativity into everything she does. Whether she’s coordinating the front desk or snapping nature shots in her downtime, Lori is the definition of balance, heart, and hustle.
Amanda is the heart of the front desk and a key part of the Glass and Pillar Spa experience. As a former esthetician, she brings a deep understanding of spa services and client care to her role as Spa Coordinator. Her background on the treatment side gives her a unique ability to guide clients through their spa journey with confidence and care.
Beyond her extensive knowledge, Amanda is known for her warm personality, quick wit, and contagious enthusiasm. She helps create a welcoming atmosphere where both clients and team members feel at ease and supported.
When she’s not coordinating the day-to-day flow of the spa, Amanda loves spending time in nature—whether it’s hiking, swimming, or heading out on a spontaneous road trip. Her adventurous spirit and uplifting energy make her an essential and inspiring part of the Glass and Pillar team.
